Understanding an organisation’s strategic direction and key value streams enables the development and delivery of portfolios of work that deliver products and services to customers more efficiently. These business analysis techniques can be used to trace the delivery of programs, projects and BAU to help uncover the necessary areas of change to deliver the desired outcomes and value.
