The IIBA® Leadership Mentoring Program is designed to provide Chapter Board and Committee Members with the tools needed to become strong leaders for their Chapters. The program matches Chapter Leadership mentees with experienced IIBA Chapter mentors in various leadership roles across the globe.


Whether you’re a new Chapter just getting started, a new board in a mature Chapter who’s looking to do something new, a Chapter in crisis, or just need guidance in a new position, the Leadership Mentoring Program may be able to help. 

Thank you to the following seven North American Chapters who are participating in the pilot for the Chapter Leadership Mentoring Program - from June 2017 to September 2017: Houston, Kansas City, Heartland, Toronto, San Francisco Bay Area, New York and Research Triangle (Raleigh).
