Terms & Conditions

Intellectual Property Usage: All intellectual property rights pertaining to the products provided are retained by IIBA. Any unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited. By utilizing IIBA products and services, you agree to these terms and conditions and any posted guidelines, rules, or additional terms applicable to the products provided. The license to use IIBA products and services is granted solely for the validity period specified. For further details, please refer to the IIBA Terms of Use policy. 

Validity Period: These terms and conditions are effective upon agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale and remain valid for the specified term of 12months.  

Membership term: Membership with IIBA is for a period of 12 months, commencing upon submission, receipt, and processing of the required online registration application and fees. For further details, please refer to the IIBA Membership Policy. 

Product Provisioning: Payment signifies the intention to consent to abide by the terms and conditions for the use of IIBA products and membership. Membership commences immediately, and access to IIBA products will be provisioned automatically. 

No Term Extensions: There will be no extensions granted beyond the agreed upon term. Continued partnership beyond the validity period requires accepting the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal and making required payments. 

Early Cancellation & Refunds: This purchase is non-refundable, and early termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Credits: Any certification credits or discounts offered are subject to specified terms. Credits may only be applied to fees for applications or exams and are not valid for exam rewrites or other purposes. Unused credits will not be refunded or carried forward. Use of credits is at IIBA's discretion and may be subject to additional terms. Prior notice of any changes will be provided by IIBA. 

Payment Terms:  Payment, encompassing the itemized fees of the order and all applicable taxes such as harmonized sales taxes and local sales and use taxes, is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Notably, for international purchases, Canadian provincial taxes will not be charged, and neither are international taxes collected or remitted. Upon request, tax residency letters may be sent out to purchasers from countries that have a tax treaty agreement with Canada. IIBA reserves the right to modify the applicable fees or any applicable taxes with written notice at any time during the membership term or renewal periods.
