Your Board, Your Vote
The 2020 IIBA Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors election is taking place via webinar on June 9, 2020. All current members are eligible to vote. Before that happens, you should plan to attend the Meet the Candidates webinar on May 14th at 12:00 PM EDT. This year, Board Chair Keith Ellis is hosting and will be sharing with you what happens behind the scenes when it comes to candidate selection. As a member, your board of directors represent your views which is why it is important to have a global perspective and a mix of business analysis professionals and non-business analysis professionals who have expertise in specific industries and board required skills.
This year we have some current board members running for re-election for their second term and we have some new candidates running. Meet the Candidates webinar is a great opportunity to hear their views and reasons for wanting to serve on the board for the next four years.
When and where to vote
An online ballot will be open from June 9 at 1:15 PM EDT following the AGM and will remain open until 1:15 PM EDT on June 11. Eligible voters will receive a link to the ballot, following the election. If you would like to appoint a
proxy,
you can do so any time before 9:00 AM EDT on June 9.
Results of the election and the resolutions voted on will be shared on iiba.org on June 11 at 12:00 PM EDT.
