Twelve Days of Business Analysis
The holiday season is here, and it is time to celebrate another great year for the business analysis community. In the last few years the digital transformation has had a significant impact on business, and this has opened new opportunities for business analysis professionals.
We think this is a great opportunity to celebrate BA techniques by recognizing one during each of the 12 days of the holiday season, starting on December 25th.
Like traditions celebrated during the holidays, we’ve picked 12 BA techniques you should have in your toolbelt. Like any holiday tradition makes the season better so too do the 12 techniques help you perform better business analysis. You may not use these all the time or together, but they offer many advantages and benefits. Use those that meet the needs of your project or program.
