Women in Business Analysis-header

Business analysis is a growing field with new opportunities. If we look at IIBA’s Global Business Analysis Salary Survey statistics from 2018 to 2019 we can see that globally the ratio of men and women working in business analysis is tracking around 50% or slightly above for women in a BA role. We can also see that globally salary does not show a big gap between men and women, but women are earning more than their male colleagues. In 2018 the global average salary for women was 3% higher than men and in 2019 the global average salary for women was 2% higher. This is positive news to indicate that business analysis is a strong career option for women.

Join us on March 5th at 12 PM EST to listen to our inter-generational panelists discuss their experiences working in business analysis. Our panelists will share insights, influences, experiences, and provide tips and advice. Take a moment on International Women’s Day to recognize a woman in your life who inspires you to succeed and use hashtags #IWD2020 #EachforEqual and #WomenInBusinessAnalysis #IIBA to share your story.
