The 2020 pandemic brought our Members and Partners new and unique challenges to address. As a virtual organization, IIBA was able to quickly pivot to support our Chapters and Members. It was remarkable to watch our community come together to show incredible support for each other. During this shorter AGM, Devin will share our 2020 highlights and a look ahead at our goals for 2021, as well as unveil our 2021-2023 strategic plan, and Paula will walk through an overview of our 2020 financial health. You can read the 2020 Audited Financial Statements here.
