Share Your Experience and Support the Global Business Analysis Community

IIBA provides the globally recognized benchmark of salary and career trends for business analysis and related analysis professionals derived from its annual survey. This year’s survey invites you to share your experience and have your say.

The 2020 Salary Survey asks business analysis professionals around the world to rank the skills and competencies they find to be the most important to their daily work. The survey also looks at the role of business analysis in cybersecurity, agile analysis and business data analytics. In the 2019 survey, IIBA found 71% of BA professionals said they practice agile, 60% said they were involved in digital initiatives, and 21% reported they worked in cybersecurity. As digital transformation continues to have a wide-ranging impact on organizations it will be interesting to see how participants respond in the 2020 survey.

This annual survey takes the pulse of the Business Analysis community to support the industry and help our members understand not only the state of business analysis salary trends, but how business analysis professionals are implementing new skillsets, as well as the challenges that they are wrestling with, and which initiatives they are involved in.

IIBA is looking for your input and invites you to participate in this confidential survey to uncover salary trends around the world. The survey results will appear in an upcoming report for members, infographic summaries, and used to guide content supporting the growth of the industry. The report will also include regional break outs from the top countries represented in the salary survey. 

The survey closes June 30th and your participation is anonymous and confidential. The data you provide will be reported in aggregate with that of other participants.
