If you are a francophone who’s aspiring to be a business analysis professional or already in a business analyst role and you want to showcase your expertise in business analysis, we’ve got you covered. Effective September 1, 2021, IIBA is excited to announce the launch of the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ (ECBA™) exams in French Canadian.
What’s the ECBA?
The Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) is a career-advancing certificate that covers the foundational skills and knowledge needed for the in-demand field of business analysis. The ECBA recognizes individuals ready to develop their business analysis knowledge, skills, and behaviours as practicing business analysis professionals.
The ECBA French Canadian offers French speakers the option to take the exam in their native language. A variety of supporting ECBA resources are available to assist candidates including:

The BABOK® Guide is Also Available French Canadian
IIBA recently launched a translated version of the BABOK® Guide. This enables business analysis professionals, in French-speaking environments to understand the foundational knowledge of business analysis in their native language.
The BABOK® Guide French Canadian version is an essential resource in preparing for the ECBA. A digital PDF of the French Canadian version of the BABOK® Guide is available to IIBA Members complimentary when logged in with your membership.
