Q. Who is eligible to become an Endorsed Education Provider?
If you are a training provider offering business analysis courses that meet the specific criteria, outlined in the EEP handbook, you can become a member of the Endorsed Education Provider (EEP) Program and your courses can receive IIBA endorsement.

Q. How much is it to become an EEP?
There are two levels for public providers in the EEP Program with differentiated pricing and benefits. Please visit our "Program Benefits & Fees" page for more details.

For internal providers, it is $1250 USD for the initial year.

Q. What is the annual renewal fee?
The annual renewal fee is $1000 USD for internal providers.

Q. How do I make payment
To make payment
  1. Navigate to portal.iiba.org
  2. On the navigation bar, click Organization
  3. On the Account Management page, Options section, click Edit
  4. On the Edit page, click the EEP tab
  5. On the EEP tab, you can review the courses and statuses. Scroll to the bottom of the page - the EEP Products section and select the product for which you wish to pay
  6. Click Add to Cart
  7. In the Shopping Cart, when ready, click Continue. The payment wizard will guide you through the payment process
Once payment is complete, you can click My Profile to review your orders and invoice.

Q. How long does it take to hear back about my submitted provider application?
Payment is required before your application can be reviewed and assessed. Once payment has been received, IIBA® will inform you of the status of your application within 30 days of receiving it.

Q. How many courses do I have to submit when I apply?
After you submit your EEP application and it is approved, you may submit a learning event for endorsement.

Q. Can I sell my EEP status (including endorsed courses) to another vendor?
No, the EEP status and endorsed courses are non-transferable.

Q. How many weeks does it take to endorse a course?
It usually takes up to 3 weeks for the course to be reviewed and assessed, once the payment is made.

Q. In the past, EEPs were required to purchase a BABOK® Guide for every student enrolled in each of our endorsed courses. Is that still the case?
No, it is not. As of January 27, 2017, IIBA amended the EEP agreement to remove the mandatory purchase of the BABOK® Guide per course headcount requirement. Ongoing purchases of the BABOK® Guide will be at the discretion of the EEP.

Q. Do EEPs a get discount on the BABOK® Guide?
Yes, EEPs receive 50% off for the BABOK® Guide.

Q. I purchased x number of the BABOK® Guide, can I return it for a refund?
Previous purchases of BABOK® Guide can be used for ongoing courses/programs, no refunds will be issued.
