IIBA Leadership Webinar Series - Developing the Leaders Around You - Module 1

  • Am I Raising up Potential Leaders?
  • Creating a Climate for Potential Leaders
Presenter: Jamie Champagne, CBAP - President, Hawaii Chapter
It's one thing for you to be a leader. It is an entirely other idea for you to not only reproduce leaders but then grow a climate of leaders.  Based on the best-selling book “Developing the Leaders Around You” by John C. Maxwell, in Module One, we will discuss the value of leadership to an organization and how leadership does not start and end with a single individual. As we learn about the lifecycle of leadership for organizational success we will then talk about what is needed in your environment for leadership to not only succeed, but flourish in implementing change and carrying visions into reality. We will then go through activities leaders can use in their Chapters and organizations to not only build business but make an impact in their organization.
