On Tuesday, June 24, 2014, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) will be holding the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board of Directors Election.

Important FAQs

Date of AGM and Board of Directors Election Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. EDT to 8:30 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4 hours)
Attendance in Person 2014 AGM and Board of Directors Election will be held virtually. Attendance in person is not an option.
Not Attending? If you are unable to attend and you are a member in good standing as of Tuesday, June 24, 2014, you may still cast your votes through our online polling site available for 48 hours following the close of the AGM. 
Eligibility You are eligible to vote for the IIBA AGM and Board of Directors Election if you are a member in good standing of IIBA on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.
Voting Voting will be conducted on a secure voting platform managed by IIBA. You will receive a voting email with a link on Tuesday June 24, 2014. 
Voting will be open for 48 hours after the close of the AGM.  If you do not receive an email to vote and are a member in good standing please contact membership@iiba.org.
Voting Process You are only permitted one vote for each resolution on the ballot.
Access to the voting software will be provided through an email sent to you by IIBA on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. 
For your vote to count, you will be required to confirm your vote. IIBA will send a second email which will ask you to confirm your vote by responding to the email. 
Proxy Ballot If you are an eligible member and wish to provide your vote by proxy, please send your name and member ID to proxyvote@IIBA.org. IIBA will cast your vote in support of all resolutions, unless you specify differently in your proxy registration. Proxies must be submitted by 9 a.m. EDT Tuesday, June 24, 2014.
Voting Materials Various questions for consideration by each member will be posted to this website in May 2014. The notification will also be emailed to all IIBA members on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. 
Meet the Candidates Webinar - June 10, 2014 A “Meet the Candidates” webinar will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4). A recording of this webinar will be available on the IIBA AGM 2014 web page by Friday, June 13, 2014.
Polls Open  Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 8:30 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4)
Polls Close Thursday, June 26, 2014 at  8:30 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4)
Results Results of the member vote will be posted on the IIBA website by 12:00 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4) on Monday, July 7, 2014.
