Leonard M. Greski currently serves as Director, eCommerce Transformation for the Hewlett-Packard Company, leading a global team that is building a new consumer experience for hp.com.  Previously he led the technical product management and engineering functions for HP.com marketing websites, which operate in over 75 countries in 43 languages, and receive 130 million visits per month. Len’s team delivered the new HP branding experience on HP.com, the digital experiences for HP’s Make it Matter campaign, the Enterprise 20/20 social eBook, as well as the core content that drives marketing and eCommerce websites.
 
Before joining HP.com, Mr. Greski led a variety of eCommerce initiatives at W.W. Grainger, Inc. over a nine-year period, including the development of the mobile Grainger.com. Mr. Greski’s leadership helped grainger.com to achieve the #15 ranking on the Internet Retailer 500 in 2011, and the #76 ranking in the Mobile Internet Retailer 400 within 12 months of launch.  
 
Mr. Greski has been working on business capability modeling techniques since 2009.  His work has on this topic has been published in Architecture & Governance Magazine, and referenced in research by Gartner, Inc. 
 
Mr. Greski’s career began with Information Resources, Inc., where he developed analytical models for market research in the consumer package goods industry. He earned a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
 
Mr. Greski is based in Palo Alto, California.
