IIBA Website Maintenance Information
 

The IIBA® website will be undergoing regular system maintenance on the third weekend of every month. From 3 p.m. ET on Saturday until 6 a.m. ET on Sunday, the site may not be available. If you would like to register for or renew your IIBA membership, apply for Certification, or make payments, we recommend you do so before or after the times specified. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.


The following are frequently asked questions about IIBA® membership.

How to access your IIBA login and password

If you have forgotten your login or password please use the “Forgot My Password” option found on the Logon page.
 
To view or change your logon or password:
  • Select “logon” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
Once you have successfully logged into the website, click on the “My Profile” link to arrive at the My Profile page.  In the Manage Account tab, scroll down to the “Change Logon/Password” section.  Click on the change security link to access the change security window.  You now have the option of editing your logon and password.

To edit your logon:
  • Make the changes to your logon. 
  • Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field. 
  • Click the “save” button. 
To edit your password:
  • Enter your new password. 
  • Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm New Password” field. 
  • Enter your Current password in the “Current Password” field 
  • Click the “save” button 

How to retrieve your IIBA Membership ID number

  • Select “My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA® website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Once on the “My Profile” page you will find your Membership ID number in the “ID” field.

How to find out the email address you used to register with IIBA


If you have forgotten which email address you used when you joined IIBA, please send an email to membership@iiba.org, including your mailing address and phone number to verify your account. Once your information has been confirmed, we will send the email address we have on file for you.

How to modify your IIBA Profile

If you need to change your name on your IIBA profile, please email membership@iiba.org. To update other personal information including email address, phone number or address information, please follow these steps:
  • Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Scroll down the Manage Account tab page to find the information section you wish to edit
  • Click on the edit icon on the right of the section
  • Make the necessary changes to your information
  • Click the “save and close” button

How to determine your membership rate

  • Select ‘Global Membership Fee’ from the drop down listing under Membership on the IIBA website.
  • From the drop down listing select your ‘Country of Billing’ to determine your Region.
  • Once you have identified your ‘Region’ refer to the chart on the Global Membership Fee page to determine your membership rate.

How to renew your IIBA membership

To renew your IIBA membership:

  • You will receive an email indicating that the renewal billing record is available in your account. 
  • Select ‘Renew’ from the top navigation bar or from the side navigation bar under the Membership menu.
  • Login to the website using your login and password.
  • Once you have logged into the site through ‘Renew’ you will be presented with a renewal wizard.
  • Follow the steps outlined in the Renewal Wizard to complete your renewal.

How to print a membership invoice

An invoice is created when an outstanding payment is due. To print an invoice, follow the instructions below:

  • Select “My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Click on “My Membership” tab
  • Scroll down to the Fees, Receipts, and Membership Kit section
  • Click on the “Pay Membership Fees “ button
  • On the e-billing page, scroll to the “Pay Later” section and click “here” for a printable version of this
  • Select “log off” to end process 

How to print a membership receipt

A copy of your membership receipt may be obtained online. To access additional copies, please follow these simple steps: 
  • Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Select “My Membership” tab
  • Scroll down to the Fees, Receipts, and Membership Kit section to locate membership receipt(s)
  • Click “here” to access Membership Receipts. 
  • Select date of the receipt issued. 
  • Select “Print” option on the PDF page to print a copy. 

How to access and print your Member Certificate and Wallet Card

Instructions:
  • Select ‘‘My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Select “My Membership” tab
  • Scroll down to the Fees, Receipts, and Membership Kit 
  • Click ‘here” to access Membership Kit
  • Select the item you wish to print and follow the print instructions outlined on page.

How to be listed in the IIBA Member Directory

  • Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password.
  • Once you have successfully logged in to the website, scroll down the “Manage Account” page to the Mailings section 
  • Scroll down to the “Opt out of Social network” option
  • Click on the edit icon in the top right of the Mailing section
  • To be included in the membership directory, uncheck the ”Opt out of Social Network” option. To be excluded from the membership directory, make sure the box is checked. 
  • Click “”save and close” button
