IIBA AGM 2013

The 10th Annual General Meeting of the Members of IIBA® will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. EDT to 8:30 p.m. EDT-(UTC/GMT -4 hours) as a virtual meeting via Go to Webinar.
 
All members of IIBA and non-members are welcome to attend the AGM. Please visit this page frequently as we will be updating it when more information is available.

e-Bulletin with AGM information will be sent to all registered IIBA members
June 12 Join us on Wednesday, June 12 at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EDT (UTC/GMT -4) for the Understanding the IIBA AGM Webinar. This webinar hosted by Kathleen Barret, President and CEO of IIBA will give an overview of the various matters for consideration at the AGM.  Register for the webinar here. Please note you do not need to attend this webinar to vote. A recording of this webinar will be posted to the IIBA AGM 2013 website page by Wednesday June 19, 2013.

Proxy registration starts.
If you are an eligible member and wish to provide your vote by proxy, please send your name and member ID to proxyvote@iiba.org. The IIBA  President or, in the absence of the President, the IIBA Board Chair, will cast your vote as YES for all items, unless you specify differently in your proxy registration. Proxies must be submitted by 9:00 am EDT June 25, 2013.
