Important message about technical issues on the IIBA website

Over the past few days we have been receiving emails from people who have been experiencing technical issues with the IIBA® website, especially with join, renewal and payment functions. On behalf of the IIBA Executive Leadership Team, we want to apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused you.

In mid-August we upgraded to a new version of the iMIS software platform on which the organization runs – and we’ve had problems ever since. I’m sure many of your companies have avoided brand new software releases for this very reason, but this upgrade promised to provide many new features IIBA needs to expand our product and service offerings for members. We are working aggressively with the vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, and will keep you posted on our progress. Check the What’s New section of www.IIBA.org for the latest updates.

For those of you who have emailed our Membership team at info@IIBA.org, we are doing everything we can to help you as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing issues with joining IIBA or renewing your membership, please contact the Membership team for assistance.
