IIBA Website Maintenance Information

The IIBA® website will be undergoing regular system maintenance on the third weekend of every month. From 3 p.m. ET on Saturday until 6 a.m. ET on Sunday, the site may not be available. If you would like to register for or renew your IIBA membership, apply for Certification, or make payments, we recommend you do so before or after the times specified. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Accessing secure content on our site

Due to changes in the security requirements from the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (most commonly referred to as PCI), IIBA has recently made changes to its security protocols. 
 
IIBA is committed to ensuring that visitors to our website are protected from potential security threats. IIBA will continue to provide the most accessible platform as possible for all users.  
 
In some cases, in order to be able to access secure content on our site, users may need to update their browsers and possibly their operating systems. This issue is most likely to impact users of Windows XP running older versions of Internet Explorer. Generally, an upgrade or patch for Internet Explorer should fix the issue. Another option is to install and utilize a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Viewing videos on the IIBA Website

In order to optimize your viewing experience of any of the videos on the IIBA website, it is recommended that you download Flash version 11.7 or higher.

How to access your IIBA login and password

If you have forgotten your login or password, please use the “Forgot My Password” option found on the Logon page.
 
To view or change your logon or password:
  • Select “logon” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your username and password. 
Once you have successfully logged into the website, click on the “My Profile” link to arrive at the My Profile page.  Scroll down, click on Edit to modify your usename and password.
 
To edit your username:
  • Make the changes to your username. 
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the “save” button. 
To edit your password:
  • Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field. 
  • Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm New Password” field. 
  • Scroll down to the bottom for the screen and click the “save” button 

How to retrieve your IIBA Membership ID number

  • Select “My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA® website. 
  • Logon to the website using your logon and password. 
  • Once on the “My Profile” page you will find your Membership ID number in the “User ID” field.

How to find out the email address you used to register with IIBA

If you have forgotten which email address you used when you joined IIBA, please send an email to membership@iiba.org, including your mailing address and phone number to verify your account. Once your information has been confirmed, we will send the email address we have on file for you.

How to modify your IIBA Profile

To update any personal information including name, email address, phone number, address, or email preference information, please follow these steps:
  • Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your username and password. 
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the "Edit" button. 
  • Make the necessary changes to your information
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the “save" button

How to determine your membership rate

  • Select ‘Global Membership Fee’ from the drop down listing under Membership on the IIBA website.
  • From the drop down listing select your ‘Country of Billing’ to determine your Region.
  • Once you have identified your ‘Region’ refer to the chart on the Global Membership Fee page to determine your membership rate.

How to renew your IIBA membership

Please follow the steps in order to Renew your IIBA Membership:

  • Go to www.iiba.org
  • On the top right hand side of the website, click on "Renew"
  • Log in with your credentials and you should be taken to the Membership tab
  • Under "Current Status" please click on "Renewal"
  • Click on "Continue"
  • Proceed with the "Shopping Cart" Procedure

How to print a membership invoice

An invoice is created when an outstanding payment is due. To print an invoice, follow the instructions below:

  • Select “My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your username and password. 
  • From the drop down of "My Profile" select "Invoices".
  • Click on the PDF icon under the Options tab and view your Invoice detail.

How to obtain a membership receipt

A copy of your membership receipt may be obtained online. To access additional copies, please follow these simple steps: 
  • Select “My Profile” from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • From the drop down of "My Profile", select "Orders".
  • Select date of the receipt issued. 
  • Click on the PDF icon under Options tab and view you Receipt detail.
  • Select “Print” option on the PDF page to print a copy. 

How to access and print your Member Certificate and Wallet Card

Instructions:
  • Select ‘‘My Profile’’ from the top navigation bar on the IIBA website. 
  • Logon to the website using your username and password. 
  • Select “My Profile” tab
  • Scroll down to the "My certificate" of "My Wallet" button. 
  • Select the item you wish to print and follow the print instructions outlined on page.

How to be listed in the IIBA Community Member Directory

  • Select Communities from the News and Events navigation tab to arrive at the Communities home page. {If you are not logged into the Site, a login prompt will appear on the screen. Enter your login credentials to arrive at the Communities home page.}
  • Click on the Community Members link located in the side navigation bar to display the My Profile link within the side navigation bar.
  • Click on the My Profile link to arrive at the page where you can set your profile information and preferences.
  • Scroll down the screen until you reach the Opt out of Community Member Directory prompt.
  • Click on the check box to select the Opt out of the Community Member Directory preference. If you want to Opt back in to the Community Member Directory, deselect the check box.
  • Click ok to activate the change.
Note: If you elect to opt out of the Community Member directory, other Community Members will not be able to view your profile; however, you will still be able to participate in discussions and groups.
